Thank you for shopping with MamaCat & Co Creations. Every tumbler and handmade creation is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are created to your specifications and require production time before shipping.

  • Standard production time: 5–10 business days

  • Larger or bulk orders may require additional time

  • Processing times may increase during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items are typically dispatched within:

  • 1–3 business days of payment being received

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email or message once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

MamaCat & Co Creations is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout

  • Parcels returned due to an incorrect address

  • Additional shipping costs required for re-delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.

Packaging

All tumblers and handmade items are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that parcels will be handled carefully once they leave our possession.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your parcel is:

Delayed

Please allow additional time during peak periods, public holidays, or severe weather events.

Lost in Transit

Contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, MamaCat & Co Creations ships within Australia only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
