MamaCat & Co Creations – Return & Refund Policy

At MamaCat & Co Creations, every snow globe tumbler and custom creation is handmade with care. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

Custom Orders

All custom-made items, including custom snow globe tumblers, glitter tumblers, wraps, and personalised products, are made specifically to your requirements.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Please ensure all spelling, colours, designs, and details are correct before approving your order.

Pre-Made Items

For pre-made items, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Provide clear photographs showing the damage or fault.

  4. Do not dispose of the product until the claim has been assessed.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item.

  • A repair where possible.

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Snow Globe Tumbler Care

Snow globe tumblers contain liquids, glitter, and decorative elements that require proper care.

To maintain your tumbler:

  • Hand wash only.

  • Do not place in dishwasher.

  • Do not microwave.

  • Avoid dropping or exposing to extreme temperatures.

  • Do not attempt to open or tamper with the tumbler.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

Shipping

MamaCat & Co Creations is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services.

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

  • Lost parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  • Pre-made item orders may be cancelled before shipment.
